NEED A MAJOR UPDATE ON THIS APP!!! WORST APP EVER FOR SECURITY CAMERA!! Please update!!!!

After initially downloading this app and adding my device, I was ready to return my entire Swann system. Thankfully I did some research and found that I needed to update the Substream settings. I havent had an out of memory msg since and the video loads much faster.

My friend recommended me swann for cctv system. But I wouldnt recommend swann anyone. Im going to return this system. And also there are not useful features in swann application. Its getting freezing and error most of all time. You cannot custom record video. Not good for business too. Hate it.

Worst app ever freezes all the time takes forever to load. Then when it does load crashes. You would think swan would make an app that works.

I will never buy another swann view product again. 2 and a half years without a update on a already shifty broken app? Is that how yall do business?

Constant "Insufficient memory" error message. Please fix.

Always says memory full and freezes. Please fix!!!! We paid money for this crap

I have a system with 12 cameras and the application works perfectly showing all of them in real time. Nothing to complain about.

I have called Swann support at least 15 times on this software. It is soooo disappointing. It freezes, runs out of memory, and frequently disconnects.

This thing crashes everytime you use it. Images are not show in video but more like screen shots taken every so many seconds. Images arent as good as the real thing.

Very disappointing app. Continuously freezes and will only display 2 cameras, what a joke. Swann please correct the problem, you charge enough for the system the minimum you can do is create a reliable app that your customers depend on with the profits you have earned off the security community. Bad feedback is the absolute worst for a companies reputation. FYI, you are on the sams club gravy train now, keep producing sub par junk and see how long that ride lasts.

Has a good picture. Works well when on the same network. As soon as i leave home however and am on lte it is very slow almost 30 seconds delay and freezes a lot. Sometimes the app completely shuts down. Cannot zoom in on the image lije I could on my older swann system which worked fantastic nut wasnt hd. This app needs some serious work. It hasnt seen an update since 2013. I read about another app that Im about to try though. Come on swann get with the times on this app.

Freezes crashes you name it. Sometimes ppl disappear from in front if camera. Its called streaming so naturally nothing great about it. Not worth the time to install if anyone knows of a diff app that works please post

Please fix the bugs!!! The app crashes or freezes all of the time. I always have to reset it and that doesnt always work.

The app keeps freezing and does not load up all the cameras. Some cameras show but then others are left blank and if you go back into app the ones that were there are now gone and the ones missing now show up. Also on live view there is s delay of any were from 10 seconds to 1 minute so its not a true live view.

This is a great concept IF the app actually worked. I cant believe how awful it is. I would never want my name associated with a product that is so poorly done. When will the company get the message that the majority of your customers are not happy? You have had long enough to fix the issues yet you have not. Based on that alone, I will never recommend this product.

I keep getting an error code 10012. I called tech support and they cant even tell me what it is

This app needs to be updated. It constantly crashes and freezes up. I love the cameras but this app makes it so frustrating to use. Please update!!!!
