Absolutely shit, wish I had read the reviews before I bought the system, app doesn’t work at all, can’t view cameras for more than 2 seconds before it drops out… DONT BUY!!!

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t give real time updates of the camera’s motion sensing. Continually gets “Insufficient Memory” error and crashes. Stay Away from this product and Swann in general.

Always has been problematic. Now it doesn’t work at all. Not just the app, 2 cameras have gone bad too. Bummer seeing how much effort I put towards installing them. The expense should include a lifetime warranty. Guess ya don’t always get what ya pay for. It would have been nice had they put a warning on the box APP DOES NOT GET UPDATED. CAMERAS WILL FAIL. WE DONT CARE.

I want to know when an update gone be done its a shame. Spend 40k for camera and the app on mi iphone,mac and my laptop with windows is not working good it take 5 sec to see 1sec on playback and it got a hard time to load anc conect to the camera it freeze alote and the programe will close alote of time its a shame.

THIS APP NEEDS UPDATING!!! It's a shame they keep selling the the equipment for this app and it don't work correctly if I knew that I would not have purchased it....

Come on, update this app to work properly on newer phones. Truly disappointed.

This app is very slow. When playing back a recording, there is no way to fast forward while viewing the video. And there are no options for notifications that I could find. This app hasnt been updated since 2013 and its obvious. Disappointing.

Basic app works, but very prone to insufficient memory error causing failure, even after adjusting substream settings.

I didnt try the other Swann apps, downloaded this one because its their newest one... I really like it. I have their newsest system with HD 1080 ip cameras (from Costco) The app needs a couple of minutes to get used to the interface, its not very intuitive when you use it for the first time, but once you grasp the concept, it will give you a lot of options, and its hard to imagine how it could be done better. Thank you and bravo!

This is my second swann camera system. Its a NVR with 1080p cameras. The app runs very sluggish compared to my old swann systems app. I notice it hasnt been updated in years.. Yes!, years!!! Think an update is overdue here!! For such a big, great company that makes great products Im surprised they neglect the app part of it.. Hopefully they update soon!!!

Fix your app or get your cameras off the market. This app is the worst app on my phone and needs to be the best and most reliable. Its not user friendly. You obviously skipped out on paying a decent programmer. Fix it now. And you KNOW all the problems.

This app says that it my device is not supported for live streaming... Wth... I have a 6 plus... Please fix this issue!!

App works great when it actually works. Images are clear. Takes a while for the cameras to load and constantly freezes. Please fix!

Does what it is suppose to do. Connects okay, easy to setup. However. Does not allow playback for my device for some reason even though it is a supported model. SWDVK-845008P-US

Everyone who wrote a review invested in a Swan System. Now swan has to invest a little more time and effort into this app. Swan You guys have a great system clear picture and great cameras you guys arent cheap so why make your app cheap. Youre cheating your loyal customers but most of all your cheating yourselves with an app like this. Makes your brand look bad. Maybe this app was outsourced. It doesnt feel like the dependable Swann Brand that weve all come to love.

When app works its awesome and very easy to use. But crashes a lot and slow on LTE & WiFi. When switching camera views app has hard time reloading to live views. I think with a few updates this app would kick butt!

This app is riddled with bugs. Stalls, strange messages, slow replay. No updates. The only thing good, when it worked, was the replay. It would allow you to scroll to a specific time. Trying the link version now and deleting this app.

This could be a great app and add a lot of value to your products and the Swann name if it were updated and fixed. It crashes a lot. I cant use the app for 2 minutes without it crashing. This is a serious issue. This makes the app unusable. Please update the app to support the larger screens and resolutions of the newer (6 and 6 Plus) iPhones. App looks stretched out on the iPhone 6 Plus and makes the phone run in compatibility mode. Please update to support the latest versions of iOS also. The app is compiled for an older (iOS7) version of iOS. Update the app and get more Stars in your reviews. Make your customers happy. Happy customers buy more products. Unhappy customers buy from someone else who makes them happy. Thank you
